Your qualifications
For the growing community of players in Norway, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support representative.
o You're a fan of computer games, preferably online computer games.
o You're fluent in Norwegian or your mother tongue is Norwegian. In addition, you have a good command of either German and English.
o A service-oriented attitude, a high level of interest in the Internet and the ability to meet deadlines are especially important.
o You have a keen eye for details and a natural feel for the language you support.
o Ideally you have experience in customer or community support.
o You are flexible, independent and self-motivated.
Your responsibilities
o You are the contact person for the quality assurance of the support for the games in your language.
o You take care of recruiting external moderators for games together with the Community Manager.
o You are responsible for the quality of our games in your language.
o You keep an track of the game forums and the ticket system, and lend a helping hand when there's an emergency.
