Newcastle: Senior Online Designer: to £35K
Roll Overview:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Online Designer that is capable of holding and communicating the online design vision set by the Creative Director and Lead Designer. They must to take the existing solid design and push its boundaries as well as the team whilst maintaining the consistence between the single player and online game-play.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of at least 2 titles with online modes.
- Worked at a Senior design level on at least one project.
Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain the vision of the online design.
- To manage a small online design team.
- To drive the online team to ensure its quality and push innovation.
- Should have the necessary skills to develop to mentor and develop other designers.
- Work closely with other teams to communicate the design and ensure that the game-play is implemented to a high standard.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions towards all aspects of the game design.
