– LIVERPOOL, UK –SENIOR DESIGNER – SALARY £DOE
Roll Overview:
An upbeat Senior Designer to work with a talented team on an exciting, high profile action game. The role requires you to create and communicate inspirational game design for all areas of the title.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding the vision of the Game Director, then designing key gameplay features and systems to a very high standard which bring the vision to life
• Communicating this design to the team through both visual design techniques and traditional documentation
• Actively promoting what’s great about the design to the team
• Running brainstorm meetings to generate great ideas
Experience:
• In a Senior Design role, shipped at least one successful action game
• Worked as core team member during early stages of development
• Can demonstrate your designs in a successful game
Required Attributes:
• Encyclopaedic knowledge of games, especially 3rd / 1st person action
• Enthusiastic, confident, positive personality
• Demonstrate an extensive working knowledge of game design theory
• Communicate clearly with the team
