Do you love sports? Have you shipped at least one sports title as a designer? Do you want to work at AAA rated studio then this is for you... Responsibilities: • Help Lead Designer to Design sports game features and systems of target audiences and within given technical or artistic constraints, including adjusting and adapting design if necessary. • Refine sports game mechanics and or play mechanics while working collaboratively with design team, programming team and art team. • Has an understanding of various game construction aspects, such as use of tools, scripting, event implementation, etc. • Create sports game design documentation, and presentations. • Able to respond constructively and promptly to information requests, feedback, analysis, and critiques of sports game systems. • Works with development team to ensure timely design buy-in. Requirements: • 2+ years experience in the games industry. Shipped at least 1 sports title in a designer role, from concept through final. • Experience designing and tuning game systems for game. • Have passion, knowledge and a strong interest in a wide range of video games, especially in sports games. • Clear and concise writing ability. • Capable of making design decisions and balance tradeoffs, without sacrificing the established vision and quality standards. • Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Project Skills. • Must be flexible with the ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Sports Enthusiast is a plus.
