Roll Overview:
Are you passionate about creating and implementing compelling and fun games?

Experience:
At least 3 years’ game industry design experience is required, including a full production cycle, from beginning to end, on at least 1 published game, a senior or lead design role on at least 2 published games, and the proven ability to design engaging game play experiences.

Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of gameplay using our in-house engine tools
Critically review the product at each stage of development
Iteratively balance and fine tune game play elements
Work to a functional brief, within technical constraints
Be responsive to deadlines and work well under pressure
Collaborate productively within a multi-disciplined team environment
Work effectively with minimal levels of guidance, prioritising and scheduling your own work

Skills:
Proficient in the use of game editors and scripting tools
A good understanding of the game development process, including technical limitations and opportunities
Understanding of game design fundamentals
An analytical approach to game play
3d modelling skills an advantage
Good communication skills, willingness to accept and follow direction
Resourceful, practical and self-critical thinker
Self-motivated and organised, with strong time management and delegation skills
