Roll Overview:

Producer position leading a Driving game for the Wii. Ideal candidate will have experience of directing and managing multiple projects with at least 2 published titles, preferably on HD consoles. The role requires a thorough knowledge of Project Management, Team Leadership & video game production processes from Pre-Production to Gold Master
• At least 2 published titles (preferably on HD consoles)
• Ability to appropriately select and implement different Project Management processes based on project criteria & restrictions
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Project, Visio & Word)
• Experience in managing multiple small teams (around 30 people)
• Knowledge of and experience in taking a game through final. Specifically QA, Localisation & 1st Party Submissions
• Ability to work autonomously whilst adhering to agreements and plans made by the Senior Management Team
• Direct, Plan, Track and Manage all aspects of the DLC packs from inception to delivery within time and budget constraints
• Team Management: Hiring, Mentoring and Performance Management of team members as required
• Must be able to work with and as part of multiple teams, both internal and external.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good instructional abilities.
• Good information-handling skills.
• Excellent self-organization and self-motivation abilities.
• Enthusiasm for on-going learning and development.
• Experience with Online gaming
