Roll Overview:
Next gen focused studio with a strong financial security and AAA games needs an executive Producer.
Responsibilities:
• Support the creative vision for a franchise or multiple projects along with the appropriate producers, directors and leads.
• Supervises the projects creative development to maintain its focus areas and vision of the game.
• Create new game concepts that align with the vision and business objectives.
Oversee creation of detailed game requirements and design documents.
• Provide leadership and direction to Producers and act as a mentor.
• Design, coordinate and oversee the evaluation of competitive products and the inspiration this process provides.
• Upon request from the company, attend trade shows and press events to represent the products and / or company.
• Additional tasks in the area of a Senior Producer.
• Work with studio executives and department leads for continual process improvement.
• Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity.
• Provide input to department project status meetings.
• Coordinate with other studio groups including art and production to achieve project objectives.
• Ability to communicate in English. Established interpersonal and organizational skills. Must work well in a team oriented environment

• Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development

• Good communication and writing skills and create documentation where required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Executive Management with accountability and responsibility defined prior to the commencement of these duties.
• The safeguarding of the company’s assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how.
• Demonstrates a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Report to Executive Management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a producer role.
• Has shipped multiple AAA titles.
• Possess a strong background in game design
• Proven ability to produce high quality, top selling games
• Ability to support and drive the creative vision across multiple projects
• Creation of detailed product requirements and design documents
