Roll Overview:
Position Overview
To develop and manage a new project team and facilitate the delivery of AAA products.
Key Responsibilities:
o Managing project process and providing schedule data for publisher
o Ongoing risk management
o Communicating project status to senior management
o Helping maintain project vision
o Motivating team to fulfill project objectives
o Establishing and managing external contractors where necessary
o Helping leads with personnel management, mentoring and performance reviews.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o Minimum 2:1 Degree with strong A level results or equivalent
o Minimum of one quality project delivered
o Experience of managing a large project team (20+)
o Strong programming background
o Must have experience of internal development as a producer
o Able to demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of project management methodologies
o Broad knowledge of games industry
o Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
o Strong negotiation and people management skills
o Adept at building relationships both internally and with 3rd parties
o Ability to converse with all levels of management
o Good attention to detail
o Flexible and adaptable
o A passion for strategy games.
