Roll Overview:
One of the premier developers in the world is looking for an experienced Creative Director to support, enhance and bring to life the vision of multiple projects and franchises.

This is a studio level leadership position. The successful candidate should understand all areas of design and production as it relates to AAA titles on Next-Gen platforms.

The role of the Creative Director is to ensure high quality in the overall product or franchise, covering all areas of the discipline: game play, art, audio and design.

Job Responsibilities:

§ Define and support the creative vision for a franchise or multiple projects along with the appropriate directors and leads

§ Champion exceptionally high but achievable production values

§ Inspire, mentor and support production teams in the creation of a unified vision

§ Provide input, direction and mentoring support to creative and design leads

§ Enforce the creative vision throughout the development cycle

§ Work with studio executives and department leads for continual process improvement

§ Show a strong passion for making the highest quality state of the art games

§ Contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development

§ Takes initiative and is willing to expand own horizon

§ Present the work of the team and the project in a professional manner

§ Capable of balancing a project's creative and visual requirements within schedule and staff limitations

§ Demonstrated ability to integrate the creative and technical design processes while ensuring that high production values are never compromised

§ Balance impacts of deadlines and resources against quality requirements of a title and quality of life for staff

§ Experience with technology and pipelines

Potential impact of production-phase change requests on quality, stability and schedule

§ Reports to Executive Management
