444 SP SENIOR PRODUCER, NOTTINGHAM
We are currently hiring for a Game Director/Senior Producer to manage the reinvention of an established console franchise, backed by one of the world’s most respected publishers. This position will provide the selected candidate with the perfect opportunity to strengthen their reputation within the industry and further their career in games production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of the development team, including ensuring that the game vision is well-communicated, and facilitating knowledge sharing between departments.
• Definition of project scope and milestones; co-ordination of deliverables and budgets; and maintenance of standards.
• Ongoing recognition and mitigation of risk factors.
• Management of the client relationship.
• Providing regular, prioritized status reports to senior management.
• Liaising with the core tech team to ensure that the technology requirements of the title are being met in a timely fashion.
• Motivating the team and providing guidance and support.
The ideal candidate is expected to have across-the-board production and project management experience of next-gen titles with online functionality, from planning through to delivery. The candidate should be personable, highly motivated, and should work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the games industry for at least 5 years and have experience on at least 2 published AAA titles.
This is a full-time position in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
