This is the sparkling opportunity you have been looking for. It gives you the chance to move away from a micro-managed environment. Each desk is set up as its own business area – meaning as you grow it - you grow the team under you and of course share in their success with commission incentives. You will need to do your own research and develop a strategy to really take over your area.
This is already a hot area with PSL listings for major players, present vacancies and a database of candidates. We need someone hungry to match these and bill, bill, bill.
You will need to have recruitment experience and be a self-starter. Good organisational skills and of course a proven track record of good sales figures.
