This is the perfect opportunity to work on a very high profile title. It is all action. This eagerly anticipated title will be available on console as well as online formats. That is where you come into play – online.
If you have managed a team of 6 for an online project and have technical knowledge of networking and server development – you are perfect. If you are from a non games or games technical background with extensive networking knowledge and experience this could be the move you are waiting for although you must have some team management experience.
Responsibilities
• Schedule and track the development team.
• Create weekly reports for the management team.
• Proactively monitor development risks and action mitigations.
• Suggest, build and maintain project management systems to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Liaise and track deliveries of outsourced project assets.
• Head up daily production meetings and track team action items.
Skills and Experience
- Ideal if Server/client experience and have done programming on server/IT – networking.
• In depth knowledge of project management methodologies including Prince 2, scrum / agile development.
• Able to demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven track record of managing successful large scale Next Gen teams
• Proficient in software packages such as MS Project / Project Server, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and working methodology
• Experience with creating project budgets to meet objectives
• Technical knowledge of on-line systems is an advantage
