742NPROG NETWORK PROGRAMMER OXFORD
We require an experienced Network Programmer to join our existing game development teams. The programmer will be responsible for the design and implementation of a network solution that is compatible with all common gaming platforms.
We are willing to consider real time networking coders who have commercial coding experience and are looking to get into the games industry or an experienced games programmer who is interested in working on the online side of our games. We are offering an excellent salary + pension scheme that is based upon experience and qualifications.
• Enthusiastic, versatile and self-motivated. • A good communicator with the ability to fit well into a team environment. • Clear, logical thinking and the creative ability to solve problems. • Must have a desire to work as a Network Programmer within the games industry. • Proficient in C++ • Must have relevant experience – a good knowledge of low level networking • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Formal, structured programming experience.
